Hey all!
I figured planning another one of these sooner rather than later made more sense, and the current planned date is January 16th at 3PM EST (time subject to change).
If you think you can make it, let us know!
Thanks!

I want to know what this Skellnado is! I fear that recounting what happened to that poor Prone would go against our NSFW policy.

Friday would be a busy day for me. Unless we did it like an hour earlier. Saturday is a much better day for me.

I have to echo what Max said, for Fridays in general. After the way Primulus carried us all on her pinky finger, and now that I've maxed out Galactic Knight (I was grinding from class rank 4 to rank 10 in the last hour and a half before our meet), I hope I can improve my character/skell to be more helpful next time. I did collect almost all the augments she recommended for Telethia Prime, and I've now got more than enough tickets to engineer the augments for Yggralith Zero. More than anything, I need to pick up better ground gear and more choices in L50 skell gear. I could also benefit from affinity arts I'm missing, but that won't happen this week. I want to know what this Skellnado is! I fear that recounting what happened to that poor Prone would go against our NSFW policy. I'm still working on cleaning the mess off of my MX.DIRUS's leg armor.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday works for me. I should grab a bunch of blade medals so I don't run out in the middle of it this time around.

How does Saturday at 3PM EST sound? We could always do it later in the day or even on Sunday instead if neither works for the majority.
I don't even know when I will and won't be busy, so whatever works for the majority is what I'll try to plan for.

One Prone Four Skells, a hot new video on redtube! ...I bet this is what Lin means when she says "skell fanfiction." Anyway, because no one actually elaborated on it: SirMouse, Wolfe, DarknessLink7 and I ran around in circles in our skells with a lone Prone under us during a squad mission. When you step on, trample or run over a small humanoid-sized enemy in a skell, it will take damage and get launched into the air from the force of the skell stomping near it. So we launched it up into the air many times from constantly trampling over it until it died. One of us (I forget who, it wasn't me though) said it looked like a leaf in a tornado, and then we dubbed it the Skellnado. Also, 3 PM Saturday works fine with me.

XD Lin would've liked that. Saturday 3 PM works for me too, btw! Skype chat this time? Or do we just use the chat on this site?

Alright, so now I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it this Saturday. If not, you should still have enough people to play, but I'll let you all know for sure before then.

Sunday should also work for me, if that is preferable. For reference, I'll post the list of what we figured out from our first time out: - On the day of the meetup, we will communicate live via the Xenoboards Shoutbox unless we agree upon a third party chat program.
Join a Lifehold Squad to minimize competition for squad missions and party slots, and to reduce outside chatter in squad reports, in case we use those. EDIT: Or maybe that wouldn't be any better.- If more than four members are present, we will either rotate on mission participation or split into multiple parties. If it helps, each party will have a designated captain to host missions.
- Because Global Nemesis battles are always available, the host will announce a starting time so everyone in their party is prepared to join, and can do a last-minute check on their equipment.
- Lastly, but most important: Have fun!
Comments or suggestions are welcome.

Sunday or Saturday doesn't matter to me. Also, if we join a Lifehold Squad we'll have to do the squad missions (the five objectives in the lower right corner) ourselves mostly. If I understand the system correctly, we complete the Squad missions to unlock more Squad quests? We should create some kind of system for this so we get varied quests and don't have to battle Telethia over and over again. Finally, should we skip Skells on the easier missions? Grinding Prones between them is fun, but it's over far too quickly!

Grinding Prones between them is fun, but it's over far too quickly! There's really not a good system for this. Also, by my observations, Lifehold Squads tend to have weaker/easier squad missions on rotation. The harder ones are far more fun, and give better rewards, in general, but the tend to show up in Conquest Squads. That may make using a Lifehold Squad disappointing, unless we get lucky there. Also, we can't fight Telethia anymore, because people killed it. Its RP hit zero, and it won't be up again for some time. I don't know when that is, but we can't count on having Telethia Plume up right now. Currently, Yggralith Zero is at around 2,440,000 RP, so it should still be alive by the time Saturday 3PM rolls around. I definitely second sticking to on foot combat for squad missions though. Skells burn through enemies much too quickly.

Is it bad that I'm only level 32 and don't have a skell? Is it a lot more than I can manage?

Is it bad that I'm only level 32 and don't have a skell? Is it a lot more than I can manage? Yggralith Zero is likely beyond your reach unless I can topple lock it (and of course I can, though I need to adjust my build somewhat). You can participate as you are now, but quite frankly at that level Yggralith Zero will probably one-shot you unless you have the luxury of Orphean Industries equipment on hand. In which case, you'll need a full set, probably light armor for better resistances. Many higher level squad missions (multiplayer quests) will be inaccessible to you, since you need to be a certain level for each individual one (but that level changes from mission to mission - there are plenty for level 32 and under, but I've seen some as high as 58). I might have to not only recommend no skells for our squad missions, but no overdrive as well, just to make sure we don't steamroll over everything instantly.

We should create some kind of system for this so we get varied quests and don't have to battle Telethia over and over again. That's why we joined a Conquest Squad the first time, but as we found, that made it a bit hectic trying to grab missions before they were taken, not to mention getting all of us in a room together. I envisioned working together on tasks and having the missions mostly to ourselves (maybe), but if what Primulus said is true, then she's right that it's kind of a toss-up. In that case, I suggest we play it by ear; if we join a Conquest Squad with too many players trying to get into missions, we can always try another, or a Lifehold Squad if we want. And I'll third the vote to skip skells on easier missions. I read they were overpowered for the squad missions, but I didn't think we'd be obliterating all the objectives in the blink of an eye.
