Answer: Out in the ocean. So there you have it! Feel free to discuss the complete storyline here! I'll fill in the blanks here, on some of these. 1. Presumably because humans are the descendants/successors/whatever of Samaarians and a failsafe in case the Ganglion rebelled against the Samaarians. Still no idea who the purple aliens are... or as AncientRune calls them, ghosts. 2. Elma and an unnamed character who were tandem piloting the original Ares (the predecessor of the Prog Ares). This was answered in the short story Forging BLADE. It generally refers to as the unnamed character as the "hero" rather than Elma. He ejected Elma out of the skell before things got too severe. 3. Humans represent a threat to the Ganglion apparently because a) their DNA itself is poison to the Ganglion and b) humans are a race seeded by the Samaarians, the creators of the Ganglion. And successors/descendants, apparently. 6. Mira is a strange, magical place. 6 1/2. On that note, it seems probable that Mira has no defined "physical location" in space, or it exists in its own pocket of space or plane of space that is outside of the one everyone originates from. The alien races present on Mira are also trapped there. The dialogue between Goetia and Luxaar indicates they've been trying to find a way to escape the system and haven't found one yet, while it seems clear that just about every alien race that has been brought to Mira is stuck there for some reason or another. The short stories and background NPC dialogue indicate Mira seemingly "appeared out of nowhere" or they got close to it without realizing it was even there until they were pulled in by its gravity. The purple aliens also disappear the instant the White Whale gets pulled in... which seems rather suspicious to me. 7. No idea. 9. Vandham likely wanted to bring up the man who was piloting the tandem skell with Elma. Again, he ejected her from the skell, and took it upon himself to save NLA, then disappeared with the crash. His entire existence is apparently a sore spot for Elma. 10. It is Telethia, and it is the Ruler of Fates. It seems to have taken up the role as guardian of the planet, however it definitely doesn't originate from Mira. Its origins trace back to another world, and how it ended up on Mira is a mystery.

Ooh, Primulus strikes again! I'll complete a few more quests before I read that post, but I can see that you've spent quite some time thinking about this game. Sweet!

One of the manon NPCs mentions that "the space around Mira is... small? If that makes sense?" whatever that means. Meanwhile the professor guy tries to head back to the future but ends up stuck on Mira no matter what he tries, as if Mira is impossible to escape from. He mentions something about a huge discovery about the planet that doesn't seem possible but refuses to say any more.
What exactly Mira is remains a mystery, but it's obvious that Mira is in its own separate dimension from the rest of the universe. I'm still leaning towards the theory of it being a place where dead races go to be judged.

About #10: L's last affinity mission did shed light on why the Telethia saved them back in chapter 6. Apparently it's capable of reading the souls of individuals, and I guess it accepted humans to the planet, since it is the guardian of the planet.
Also, question about Alexa's last affinity mission: there was an option at the end that speculated that the black skell that saved her was the Vita. But I didn't pick that option. Do you get any interesting information from choosing it?
