This is the brand new song that Sawano just released for the anime Seraph of the End. The song is called Dim Light and it's absolutely amazing! Especially those vocals by mpi (he's the one who sang In the forest and Uncontrollable). You should listen to it. I've already listened to it around 20 times.

The whole song is amazing, but the parts at 0:33 - 0:48, 1:52 - 2:24 and especially the vocal part from 3:16 are definitely my favorites. Love this song so much.

AHH, this has such an XCX feel over it! I haven't really listened to Sawano's music before, so I associate his style 100% to XCX. Now I'm interested in watching this anime...

The anime itself is quite generic, but it has some great moments. It does those generic things good, though, and the music usage is nice as well. I'd recommend it. Sawano isn't the only composer for it, by the way. There's also Takafumi Wada, Asami Tachibana and Megumi Shiraishi. They made a few great songs for it too. Sadly Dim Light was only used once (if I recall correctly) in the entire show, but at least they didn't overuse it.
