TheMetallicMuse I can't believe Anuna is doing work on XC2. That is amazing. I've listened to their albums the past few years and their work is beautiful.

I guess Monolith really is *Puts on sunglasses* Returning to their roots YEEEAAAHHHH
Now that I got that out of my system, I realized this is actually the first Xeno title that Mitsuda is the lead composer for since Xenosaga Episode 1. I'm really excited to see what he can do with an HD soundtrack

You probably should have mentioned the tree before you made the pun

TheMetallicMuse I can't believe Anuna is doing work on XC2. That is amazing. I've listened to their albums the past few years and their work is beautiful. Yeah, I had never heard of them until now. I've been listening to their music almost non-stop since. Really beautiful choral music. When I originally saw the pics I got pretty excited. Nothing had been announced at that point, so I pondered whether it was for Xenoblade 2. I ran a post of Mitsuda's through Google translate and all I could make out was something about a play in Japan, so I thought "Ah, it's something else". Then, when it was announced it was for Xenoblade 2, I screamed like a little girl, and a little later on I found out that Mitsuda had gone to watch the play he posted about beforehand with the group before recording took place, haha. There is some additional information. Nothing huge, but still pretty cool. He wrote a bit about how he came across Anúna and speaks a bit about the music he has recorded with them: We also now know one of the four pieces is a solo piece sung by Andrea Delaney, who is a Northern Irish soprano and one of the members of Anúna: It is rather predictable to see these kinds of responses to Anúna's music by these three individuals: And you wonder why I don't get along with these people...

Great stuff! I'm really hyped to hear what Mitsuda and Anúna have created. I love that we're being given information on things like this rather than having to wait by Nintendo's watch. It's nice to be able to follow Mitsuda on his journey with the OST as he completes it. Your move, ACE+/Kiyota!

Jae, keep this crap in GameFAQs no he needs to keep doing it so the mods here can ban him for trolling I hate to break it to him but there was a reason I was invited when the board was created and he wasnt. To be real for a second, keep your nonsense trolling to gamefaqs. There is a reason I posted that there and didnt knock your post here. Ill let you guess why that is.

I almost quit GameFAQS because of Jae's nonsense. I blocked his alts but he still manages to derail everyone other thread with his nonsense. It was bad on the XCX board but the XC2 board is a travesty right now

I've never heard of Anúna before today, but they seem all right. Though, keep in mind that I'm no music guy. I can't fully judge them until I hear what sort of work they did in Xenoblade, but it sounds promising.

Nice! They sound extremely passionate about their work, so I think Xenoblade is in good hands.

Sarah Di Bella, member of Anúna, says the music they recorded with Mitsuda will "haunt me forever in my dreams" Her post also confirms there are lyrics involved. Possibly written by Takahashi.

We know of at least one sky whale, the big tree, and whatever the protagonist was standing on at the end of the trailer
